ODS Onsite Dust Monitoring
ODS are now able to offer dust monitoring on site. We will do a walk round survey and take samples and readings as we go, record them into a report for the customer. If we feel we need to carry out a more in depth survey we can offer environmental dust monitoring, occupational monitoring and with our trolex monitor we can offer live remote monitoring. As a company we are in a position to look after and advise our customers the best way forward and to solutions to resolve any problems the survey may highlight

The AIR XD
Easy to use
Deployment, installation and configuration of the unit is simple, just mount the device and turn it on. Once the system checks are complete, the device will begin logging data. The Air XD also comes with a bespoke software package for data visualisation and analysis; live readings, historic data and graphs can be viewed or downloaded via the software.
Flexible
Deployed as a standalone dust monitor or as part of a wider on-demand dust control and suppression system, the Air XD is accurate to within +/- 5%. For operation-wide control and visibility, data from the unit can be fed into a SCADA interface.
IECEx certified
The Air XD Real-Time Dust Monitor is IECEx certified for Group I hazardous locations in underground mines. In addition we also provide a general-purpose variant for use in industrial locations with non-explosive environments.
